What is our Challenge?

40 Day Challenge Inspire Yoga and Wellbeing Dee Why Northern Beaches Sydney

Our Challenge is a way to help students find a deeper practice. Practicing for 30 consecutive days starts to change patterns and habits in a positive way. We learn to be calmer, be more in the present moment as well as strengthening our core and body.

What does the challenge involve?
• 6 Yoga Classes per week (min 3 in the studio)
• Yoga Therapy private session to work out your goals and home practice
• Daily journaling
• Daily meditation
• Weekly check-in meeting

When is it?
We run two challenges per year, starting January and July.

How does it work?
The week before the Challenge begins, we set up a time for your private Yoga Therapy session. This is a one on one session with a Yoga Therapist. At this session you set your goals for the 30 days, we create a home practice for you to help you achieve your goals and we look at the best classes for you to take during the 30 days. You also receive a journal to be used throughout the 30 days.

The home practice is available for any days you can’t get to the studio and includes a daily meditation.
Each Sunday we meet as a group for a check-in, we meditate and we focus on different aspects of yoga, such as Yoga Nidra, Pranayama (breathing exercises) or Doshas.

Who would it suit?
Anyone!  We offer a variety of classes so it would suit someone just starting up, someone who wants to come back to Yoga after a break, or someone who has been doing Yoga for a long time and wants to try a deeper practice.

What will you get out of it?

Inspire Yoga and Wellbeing’s 30 day Challenge is a journey into the depths of yoga. We’ll learn to meditate, eat better and become more centered in our daily lives. We’ll regularly check-in to monitor the transformation that will come to your body and your mind as we guide you through 30 days of dedicated yoga practices.Whether you are new to yoga or a dedicated yogi, the 30 day Challenge will leave you feeling stronger, calmer and more confident.
