Liama Aesha is the founder of Inspire Yoga and Wellbeing in Dee Why.
She started on her own journey of personal growth over 30 years ago. Her first training was in transpersonal breathwork and sandplay which she completed in 1996. She completed her Zen Shiatsu training with Jack Marshall at the Zen Renaissance Healing Centre in 2001. She worked as a practitioner at the Zen Renaissance Healing Centre in Bondi Junction and opened up her own practice in Kiama, NSW, in 2008. In 2017, Liama completed her Yoga Therapy Training with Adore Yoga. Her passion is working in the mental health field, particularly with Anxiety / Depression and PTST as the tools of Yoga can teach the life skills of self-inquiry, relaxation and self-soothing with breath practices to help balance the nervous system and calm the emotions.
She is a chocaholic, with a special passion for dark chocolate.

Leanne Hughes (nee Chalhoub) is the Principle Physiotherapist, Pilates teacher and Director of Inspire Physiotherapy and Pilates, Dee Why.
Leanne has 17+ years experience and expertise in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal and sports injuries. Leanne’s years of clinical experience have lead her to work with a large range of clients, injuries and conditions. From those who are immobile following hip/ knee and shoulder surgery, through to high level functioning and professional athletes.
Leanne has been a qualified Physiotherapist and Clinical Pilates teacher in the private practice setting, since she received her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of QLD in 2000. She also holds a Bachelor of Medical Science degree at the University of Sydney from 1995.
Leanne is committed to achieving optimal health and wellbeing with each client. She has a passion for educating and training the body to perform at its best which she does through Physiotherapy treatments and Clinical Pilates strength and retraining programs. These exercises can be prescribed as home exercises, performed in one-on-one private sessions or in small group classes.
