Yummy Chocolate Mousse

I am a self confessed chococoholic. I have looked for alternatives and this one is easy to whip up and is delicious.


2 Avocados
6 teaspoons rice syrup
5 teaspoons cacao
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Squeeze of lemon

Fruit for topping


Remove skin and seed from the avocados. Blend avocados, rice syrup, cacao, vanilla essence and lemon until you have a smooth consistency. Scoop into your serving dishes and top with your favourite fruit.
