Liama Aesha is the founder of Inspire Yoga and Wellbeing. As she has been teaching Yoga for over 15 years, Liama brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her practice.

Liama is a registered Yoga Therapist and a Level 3 Teacher with Yoga Australia.

Off the mat, Liama is a self-confessed chocaholic, with a special passion for dark chocolate.

Her dedication to yoga and wellbeing, combined with her extensive training and experience, makes her a valuable guide for those seeking to embark on their own yoga journey.

Program Details


Venture on a transformative journey with our “5 Days of Yoga for Balance and Calm” course. Guided by Yoga Therapist Liama Aesha, each day focuses on a unique theme, from releasing physical tension to cultivating an attitude of gratitude.

Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this course is designed to bring balance and calm to your entire system. Each class is just 30 minutes long, making it easy to fit into your daily routine.

Highlights:

Day 1 - Stretch and Release: Begin your journey with a stretch class aimed at releasing tension in the body. This class will help you loosen up and prepare your body for the days ahead.

Day 2 - Stress Relief: Day two is all about calming the nervous system. Through a series of poses and breathing exercises, you’ll learn how to relieve stress and promote a sense of tranquility.

Day 3 - Back Care Focus: On the third day, we concentrate on back care. This class is an overall calming practice to stretch the back muscles, promote better posture and reduce or prevent back pain.

Day 4 - Energising Practice: Day four is designed to energise your system. Through a breath related practice, you’ll boost your energy levels and feel more alert and alive.

Day 5 - Gratitude Practice: On the final day, we focus on gratitude. This class will guide you through a series of poses and meditations that cultivate a sense of thankfulness and contentment.
